Big Red Book CRM – or Customer Relationship Management – gives you one way to manage all contacts with customers. One place where you can:

• Keep all your customer contact details – and share them with other people you work with
• Track payment status for all your customers – sending them reminders using emails or letters, which can also be automatically generated by Red Book CRM

Stock Module

The stock module provides the user with full stock control and integrates with your accounts package. Within the Stock module the following features are available
