It has been brought to our attention that a recent update by Microsoft Windows 7 has caused our software to return to evaluation mode in Windows 7
This will not cause a loss of data, but will however require that you contact support for re-registration.
Due to the large volume of calls to Big Red Book please be patient when contacting support.
If you’re Big Red Book Accounts or Payroll has reverted to evaluation mode, please email support with your key I.D and user number and support will email you back with a new registration.
To find your key I.D in Big Red Book:
- Select "OK" to the message "Unable to Locate/Validate your securrity key..."
- On the company Selection Screen, select Cancel.
- Click on File --> Registration
- This will display your key ID
